These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Go Right Strategies Inc., a Florida corporation (“Go Right Strategies,” “we,” “us”) to people who opt in on gorightstrategies.com.
1. What we text
If you check the optional text-message box on one of our forms, we may text you about your inquiry (“Go Right Strategies inquiry texts”), such as replies to your question, scheduling a strategy call and follow-up on your request.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the text-message box on our strategy-call or contact form and submitting it with your mobile number. The wording next to the box is: “Optional: I agree to receive text messages from Go Right Strategies about my inquiry at the number I provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.” The box appears only after you enter a number and is never checked for you. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

4. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We may send one message confirming your opt-out, and after that you will not receive further texts from this program unless you opt in again.

6. Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device.
7. Privacy

8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission, to opt in.
