These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of gorightstrategies.com (the “Site”), operated by Go Right Strategies Inc., a Florida corporation (“Go Right Strategies,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site describes our political consulting services and lets you contact us or request a strategy call. Information on the Site is general and is not an offer to provide services. Any services we provide are scoped in writing and governed by a separate written agreement with the client. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
2. Who may use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form on the Site. When you submit a form for a campaign, committee or organization, you confirm you are authorized to share that information.
3. Information you submit
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and is yours to share. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Text messages are covered by our SMS Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or unlawful content, sending spam or automated submissions, trying to get around the Site’s security or spam protection, or interfering with how the Site works.
5. Our content
The Site’s text, design, logos and our own photos belong to Go Right Strategies or are used with permission. Photos credited on our Photo credits page are used under their own terms. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Links to other sites
The Site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing on the Site is a guarantee of any election or campaign result. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Go Right Strategies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
