Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Go Right Strategies Inc., a Florida corporation (“Go Right Strategies,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and protects information when you visit gorightstrategies.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it.
This policy covers the Site only. Information we handle for clients under a client agreement is governed by that agreement.
1. What we collect and why
We collect information you choose to submit through the forms on the Site, and some information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 5. Depending on the form, the information you submit may include:
- Your name and email address (both forms), your mobile number (strategy-call form, required) or phone number (contact form, optional);
- Your campaign or organization, race level and election date (strategy-call form);
- The programs you are interested in and any message or question you write;
- Your answers to the form checkboxes, including whether you represent a Republican or conservative campaign, committee or cause and whether you agree to receive text messages.
When a form is submitted, the Site also records basic technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you submitted from and any referral campaign tags in the page address. We use this to route your inquiry, understand how you found us and protect the forms from spam and abuse.
2. How we use information
We use the information you submit to reply to your inquiry, schedule and hold a strategy call, prepare a written proposal and provide the services you ask us for. We also use it to keep records of our communications, keep the Site and forms secure, and meet legal obligations.
If you agree to receive text messages, we use your mobile number as described in the SMS section below.
3. We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money. The Site uses Google advertising cookies as described in Section 5, and you can opt out as described in Sections 5 and 11.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, form processing, spam protection, site analytics and communications tools. They may handle your information only to provide services to us, under contracts that limit their use of it. Google, which provides advertising on the Site, also collects information through cookies and may use it for its own purposes, as described in Section 5.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.
5. Cookies, analytics, advertising and spam protection
The Site uses Cloudflare Turnstile on its forms to tell people from automated spam. Turnstile may read browser and device signals and set or read data in your browser to perform that check.
The Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as pages viewed, scrolling, clicks, downloads, form interactions and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
The Site uses Google AdSense, which may show ads on the Site. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com), and you can opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.
If third-party ad serving has not been turned off, the cookies of other third-party vendors or ad networks may also be used to serve ads on the Site.
6. Text messages (SMS) and mobile consent
Our forms include an optional box to agree to receive text messages from Go Right Strategies about your inquiry. The wording next to that box is:
Optional: I agree to receive text messages from Go Right Strategies about my inquiry at the number I provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

After you reply STOP, we may send one message confirming your opt-out, and we keep a record of the opt-out so we can honor it.
7. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services and maintain business records, and longer only where the law requires. Opt-out records are kept so we can continue to honor them.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information you submit, including encrypted connections to the Site and limited access to form entries. No website or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us through our contact form.
10. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit a form, leave the optional phone number blank, and leave the text-message box unchecked. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
To ask to access, correct or delete the information you have submitted, or to make any other privacy request, use our contact form and start your message with “Privacy request.” We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
The contact form is the way to reach us about this policy.
11. State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you rights over your personal information, such as the right to know what we collect, to access or receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, targeted advertising or certain profiling. Where these laws apply to us, you can exercise these rights through our contact form, and if we deny a request you may be able to appeal by replying to our decision. Where required, we honor browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date below.
